Womenswear E-commerce Scale on Meta
Scaled a Romanian fashion retailer using a structured Meta Ads framework. We refreshed creatives with UGC-style assets and catalogue formats, rebuilt prospecting and remarketing by intent, and validated purchase tracking to improve optimisation signals. Weekly testing focused on cost per purchase and ROAS, with clear rules to scale winners and pause losers. The programme delivered 1,438 purchases in the period, with spend of lei 4,298.18 and a peak purchase ROAS of 37.52.
High-Intent Lead Generation for Automotive Sales
Built a lead system for a vehicle dealer network focused on quality, not volume. Campaigns were segmented by model and funnel stage, with qualification steps to reduce low-intent leads. We optimised around cost per qualified lead and sales feedback, then scaled top-performing audiences and creatives. The result achieved a 6 percent lead conversion rate and a strong spend-to-sale pattern, supporting consistent showroom-ready enquiries.
Kitchen Equipment New Product Launch
Launched a new premium kitchen range with a performance setup across Meta and Google. We improved feed structure, tested demo-led creative, and segmented campaigns by margin and intent. Black Friday Growth, Award-Recognised
Designed and executed a Black Friday growth plan for a Romanian beauty brand competing against retailers and global players. We used competitor insights and category pacing to secure incremental investment, then ran Search and Performance Max around hero offers and audience segments. Results included 156K spend, 982K conversion value, 5.94K conversions, and a stable ROAS of 6. The work helped secure additional Black Friday and Q4 investment and earned a performance award.
App Growth at Low Cost per Lead
Scaled acquisition for a mobile app using Meta campaigns with fast creative testing. We launched multiple hooks and formats, iterated weekly, and built retargeting by engagement level to protect efficiency. Tracking was validated to optimise on real actions, not inflated signals.
